An EXTRAORDINARY 11.13ct scapolite, and a gemstone so special that I will likely never find another quite like it.

Cut in a beautiful elongated octagon shape, this scapolite has the most fascinating horizontal inclusions that run parallel to its long facets. As the light catches the stone, incredible flashes of rainbow appear from within, making it almost impossible to stop looking at.

It's these unusual internal characteristics that made me fall in love with this gemstone. Something completely unique, and a beautiful example of why I love gemstones with character.
